Obviously the company wants unsolicited calls made, or they wouldn't hire the marketing company, would they? Of course not. If US Fidelis was concerned about "...the manner in which telemarketing companies are operating within our industry...", or "...the negative impression these calls leave.", than the simple solution is to NOT USE THE SERVICES OF THESE TELEMARKETING COMPANIES!!! But, they do, and will continue to do so. Your post is a perfect example of why people should avoid US Fidelis.
